Nail Foil Application Instructions
- Start by applying a base color polish to the nails, then cure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Apply a layer of foil gel and cure for 60 seconds twice. (Note: Cure times may vary depending on your lamp test a nail to determine the optimal curing time.)
- After curing, wait one minute before applying the foil. Use a silicone brush (not your fingers) to gently press the foil onto the nail. Apply light pressure and rub the foil in slowly; remove the foil carefully without pulling.
- Once the foil is applied, coat the nail with Poochiez Base Coat and cure for 60 seconds. This step helps extend the longevity of the foil design.
- Finish by applying Poochiez Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds.
If Your Foils Don’t Stick:
- Adjust Curing Time: Try extending or reducing your curing time to see if it improves adhesion.
- Prepare the Foil: Wipe the back of the foil with alcohol before applying.
- Adjust Foil Gel Application: Experiment with applying the foil gel either thinner or thicker to achieve better results.
